In principle, one registration per one paper (presentation) is required.
Online participants are not able to participate in the program of the food and beverage.

Regular : All authors, co-authors, participants from industry, private and governmental research and development laboratories, independent consultants and technical managers, etc.

Student : All graduate or undergraduate university students who are authors, co-authors, or participants.

Acknowledgement of Registration
  • Acknowledgement of Registration will be sent to you via E-mail after your online registration is successfully finished.

  • All bank remittance charges should be paid by the sender
  • In order to confirm your payment, please send the remittance slip via e-mail ( or fax (+82-42-489-7071).
  • After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from ACFD 2022 secretariat including your registration number and other information via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact the Secretariat on ( or +82-70-7776-0770
Confirmation of Registration
  • Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via E-mail within three weeks upon making the appropriate payment.
  • Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
  • After you complete your payment, you can download your receipt at MY PAGE.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail.
  • All refunds will be made within 4 weeks of the conference for administrative reasons.
  • If you ask the secretariat regarding cancellation until 30 September 2022, 100% of the fee shall be refunded.
  • Cancellation after 1 October 2022, is not refundable.
  • The cancellation dates are based on Korean Standard Time GMT+9.
  • The registration fee is refundable after deduction of the necessary expenses that have already been incurred.
